Terms of Service

The Pixfry Engine is our private technology. We give you a license to use it through our app, but you are not allowed to reverse-engineer, "de-stack," or try to hack our internal systems.

Pixfry provides a user-friendly interface built on top of third-party AI models to enhance usability and provide additional features. Pixfry is an independent service and is not affiliated with any underlying AI model providers.

We are constantly making our AI faster and better. We may update the "brains" of Pixfry at any time to improve quality without giving prior notice.

You own the images you generate. Pixfry only has a "Service License" to host and display your images in your gallery. You agree:

• Not to generate images of real people without their consent.
• Not to create content that is illegal, adult, violent, hateful, or otherwise prohibited by law.
• Not to use generated images to infringe intellectual property rights of others.

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits granted through your subscription are consumed upon use and cannot be returned. Because Pixfry offers a free plan that lets you fully experience the app before subscribing, we do not offer refunds on subscription charges. For billing errors or unauthorized charges, contact us at support@manekor.com and we'll investigate

Payments are processed by Creem, our authorized Merchant of Record. Pixfry uses a subscription model — monthly or yearly — granting a set number of credits per billing period. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

Pixfry is a product operated by Manekor. All references to "we", "us", or "our" refer to Manekor as the service provider.

These Terms are governed by applicable international laws and regulations. Any disputes arising from the use of Pixfry shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, or if necessary, binding arbitration. Manekor reserves the right to enforce these Terms in any competent jurisdiction.

Credits are granted at the start of each billing period and reset upon renewal — unused credits do not carry over to the next period. If a subscription is cancelled, remaining credits are available until the end of the current billing period, after which access reverts to the free plan.
